These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Studio Two Twenty Two (“the Studio”). By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Services & Withdrawal
The Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to client behavior, health concerns, or safety considerations.
Services are provided as described during consultation. The Studio does not guarantee any specific outcome beyond the agreed service.
2. Financial Transactions
All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice prior to deposit payment.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All tattoo designs, sketches, and related artwork are the exclusive property of the artist.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to wear the tattoo on their body.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or tattooed by another artist without written consent from the original artist.
The Studio reserves the right to use images of the tattoo for portfolio, promotional, and educational purposes.
4. Client Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services without refund.
5. Liability
The Studio is not liable for medical complications resulting from improper aftercare, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
While every effort is made to ensure safety and hygiene, clients acknowledge that tattooing involves inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, and scarring.
6. Website & Online Content
The Studio is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccurate information, or technical issues that may temporarily affect website functionality.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Booking & Deposits
All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or applied toward a different project.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 5 days in advance to honor your deposit.
Same-day changes or cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you choose to reschedule within the 5-day notice window, a new deposit will be required to secure your new date.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit plus a 50% rescheduling fee to book again.
Health & Safety
Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID.
If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please notify us in advance of any skin conditions, medical concerns, or allergies that could affect your tattoo session.
Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment at Studio Two Twenty Two, you confirm that you have read and agree to both the Terms & Conditions and the Studio Policies.
